Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how users of Planno can request deletion of their account and associated data, in accordance with Google Play and App Store requirements.
What will be deleted
- Your Planno account
- All synced planning data, including tasks, schedules, notes, and preferences
- Data associated with your Google or Apple sign-in identifier
How to request account and data deletion
To request deletion of your Planno account and data, please send an email to:

Subject line: Planno Account Deletion Request
In your message, please include the email address you used to sign in to Planno so we can verify your request.
Processing time
Account and data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification.
Data retention
Once deletion is complete, your personal data is permanently removed from our systems. We do not retain personal data after deletion, except where required by law.
Additional information
You may also manage or remove certain data directly through your device settings or by discontinuing use of the App. Requesting deletion through this page ensures full account removal across devices.
